Yea unfortunately that trend is applicable to all hosting companies. Majority of the satisfied clients have no reason to post comments because they are happy and don't really think about writing. The same can not be said for the upset ones. What are you looking for in a host and what will you be using your website for?

I mean I would, but I am a little bias, We are one of the top hosts in the industry and have great customer service. And look we make funny commercials! That's got to count for something :)
