Wrong answer...sorry! Our expert in-house Asterisk developers have solved this in a very elegant fashion. Customers who buy the complete solution (identical Xorcom IP-PBX servers and Astribank with TwinStar) don't need to worry -- it's all built in. As for those who choose to use a different Asterisk-based server, the automated solution is still possible, but it requires a bit of configuration beforehand.

You know, I still don't understand how the hell does it work. How do you sync the dialplan between between the server/backups PBX? I know for sure you don't use DUNDI, since FreePBX is not capable of that. Educated guess: manual labor? |
